The Third House was formed in 1953 by full-time professional advocates to the Washington State Legislature. We serve the lobbying community by providing communication and information services to our members. Membership in the Third House is voluntary, not to be confused with state law requiring all lobbyists to register and file with the
Washington State Public Disclosure Commission.
By becoming a member of the Third House, you will receive any and all new updates, information, and all things Olympia via email or by checking this site.
We can still make announcements on your behalf and provide support as needed.
Third House Membership includes: Virtual Third House Services, Third House Name Badge, Use of Third House Office Center (The Gulch), Members Only Communication Platform, Third House Email and Update Services, Third House Calendar, Easy Access to Important Links and other Information "How To" Guides regarding lobbying virtually (as they are made available). Please watch for updates on office center and lockers.

2025 Third House Printing Subscription includes access to the self-service printer in the gulch.

Reserve one of 18 lockers available in the Gulch (Pritchard Library) for easy access and convenience during session.
The cost of your first badge is included in the annual dues of $155.00. If you would like additional badges, they are $20.00 each.
Third House Concierge Services are available on an ala cart basis. These services will be scheduled on a first come first served basis at a base rate of $45 per hour or a pre-agreed upon per project basis. Please call 206-714-8882 if you are interested.
